He was born in Kayseri / Pınarbaşı. After completing his primary and secondary education in Pınarbaşı, he graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law.

He completed his master's degree in Labor and Social Security at Gazi University. He worked as a public lawyer between 1997-2006. He received mediation training at Hacettepe University Faculty of Law in 2017, and mediation specialty training certificate at Labor Law at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2018. Since 2006, he has been working as an independent lawyer and since 2017, he has been working as a mediator.

She was born in 1992 in Izmir. After completing his primary school education in Van, secondary and high school education in Ankara, he graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Law in 2015. He has been working as a self-employed lawyer registered to Ankara Bar Association since 2016.

Özlem Demircan was born in 1986 in Ankara. Since December 2007, she has been working at AD Law Office as an executive assistant.
